Construction Management
The Construction Manager ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This service is tailored to each client's individual project needs. They can oversee all phases of the project: pre-construction, construction, and post-construction.
Pre-Construction
The Construction Manager conducts site evaluations, reviews budgets and schedules, and ensures all plans (safety, staging, etc.) are in place. They coordinate with stakeholders, verify contractor bids, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Construction
They provide full-time or part-time on-site oversight, ensuring quality, progress, and compliance. They manage the project schedule, handle change orders and payments, resolve issues, and communicate regularly with the owner.
Post-Construction

Need help with finish out selections? We can help provide exterior paint and materials selection. We also can provide interior selections for hard surfaces, plumbing fixtures, lighting, and paint. CAD drawings and space planning are available on residential projects, as well.
